# /admin/repair/table

Manually repair a corrupted table. Returns information about affected tables.

## Input Parameter Description

  List of tables to query. An asterisk returns all tables.
</ParamField>

  ID of the type per table.
</ParamField>

<ParamField body="options" type="map of string to strings">
  Optional parameters.

  The default value is an empty map ( \{} ).

      Corrective action to take.

      * **delete\_chunks**: Deletes any corrupted chunks.
      * **shrink\_columns**: Shrinks corrupted chunks to the shortest column.
      * **replay\_wal**: Manually invokes write-ahead log (WAL) replay on the table.
      * **alter\_table**: Reset columns modification after incomplete alter column.
    </ParamField>

    <ParamField body="verify_all">
      If *false* only table chunk data already known to be corrupted will be repaired. Otherwise the database will perform a full table scan to check for correctness.

      The default value is `false`.

      The supported values are:

      * true
      * false

## Output Parameter Description

The Kinetica server embeds the endpoint response inside a standard response structure which contains status information and the actual response to the query.  Here is a description of the various fields of the wrapper:
