Metrics for monitoring backpressure behavior.Use `BulkInserter::backpressure_metrics()` to retrieve current metrics.

Fields
`max_in_flight_batches: usize`

Maximum number of in-flight batches allowed

`available_permits: usize`

Number of permits currently available (batches that can be sent without waiting)

`in_flight_batches: usize`

Number of batches currently in-flight (being processed by workers)

`pending_batches: i64`

Number of batches pending in the queue (waiting for workers)

`utilization_pct: f64`

Utilization percentage (0-100): how much of the in-flight capacity is used
