Fields
`file_name: String`

Name of the file being downloaded

`read_offset: i64`

Offset in the file of this part

`read_length: i64`

Length of this part

`download_part_number: i64`

Number of this part, counting from 0

`total_parts: i64`

Total number of parts in this download
