# REVERT

<a id="sql-security-impersonation-revert" />

After using [EXECUTE AS](/content/sql/security/execute-as#sql-security-impersonation-exec-as) or
[SET USER](/content/sql/security/set-user#sql-security-impersonation-setuser) to switch to another user, the
original user can be switched back to using the following command:

  the [Kinetica ODBC/JDBC driver](/content/connectors/sql_guide#odbc-jdbc).
