Removes an existing catalog.
DROP CATALOG Syntax
A catalog cannot be dropped while external tables still reference it; the statement fails and names the dependent tables. Drop those external tables first.

EXTERNAL

Optional keyword; has no effect.

<catalog name>

Name of the existing catalog to remove.
