Parameters
- topic_id: string
  The topic ID returned by create_table_monitor.
- monitor_updates_map: Record<string, string>
  Map containing the properties of the table monitor to be updated. Error if empty.
- Optionaloptions: Record<string, string>
  Optional parameters.
- Optionalcallback: GPUdbCallback
  Optional callback function
