pub struct KineticaText<T>(pub T);Values for the Kinetica types SQLx’s own PostgreSQL types cannot read or write over Kinetica’s protocol, or cannot reliably: see their module. A value carried as text, both ways, which Kinetica converts to and from its column’s type.
As a parameter, this is the form Kinetica reads correctly in any position of a statement (see sqlx_support). Booleans are sent as 1 and 0, as Kinetica’s boolean columns are integers; dates and times as Kinetica writes them, to the millisecond.
Read from a column Kinetica sends as text, it parses the text: TIME, UUID, IPV4, UNSIGNED BIGINT, and any column selected with CAST(col AS VARCHAR), such as a DATETIME with its milliseconds.
